For some athletes an injury might be the result of a freak accident. However, for many others, sports injuries can be the result of bad habits, over-training or developing imbalanced strength and flexibility.


Compass Sports can provide individual and sports specific education and programs for pre-season, in-season and post-season training.

These programs use a variety of methods that prepare and maintain the athletes readiness for vigorous activity. Including the use of appropriate warm ups that can reduce injury rates and improve performance.

We will also develop a strength and conditioning program targeting improvements in lower body and core strength which is also vital for improved performance and injury prevention.

These improvements need to be maintained throughout the season.
